Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Digital Product Manager with strong Agile delivery experience to manage digital products, project delivery, stakeholders, and distributed technology teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of digital products and technology projects.
- Own product roadmaps, backlogs, user stories, and release planning.
- Manage Jira/Azure Boards for backlog and story management.
- Track velocity, burndown, cycle time, and delivery metrics.
- Work closely with engineering teams across APIs, cloud, and CI/CD environments.
- Drive product discovery through user journeys, wireframes, analytics, and KPI definition.
- Coordinate with business, risk, and compliance stakeholders.
- Manage UAT and release sign-off.
- Coordinate onshore, offshore, and vendor teams.
- Ensure successful delivery of customer-facing products such as portals and mobile applications.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Digital Product Management / Project Management.
- Proven experience managing digital product deliveries.
- PSM, CSM, PSPO, or CSPO certification preferred/required.
- Strong experience with Jira or Azure Boards.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery metrics and practices.
- Good technical understanding of APIs, cloud, and CI/CD.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proven evidence of successfully shipped digital products.
