Job Summary
The Quality Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the quality, accuracy, and reliability of digital platforms (web and mobile applications) and enterprise systems. The role involves defining, planning, and executing comprehensive testing strategies while ensuring alignment between business requirements and delivered solutions.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies and detailed test plans
- Design, document, and maintain:
a) Test plans
b) Test scenarios and test cases
c) Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTM) - Perform:
d) Functional testing
e) Regression testing
f) Integration testing
g) End-to-end testing
h) UAT coordination and support - Validate business requirements against system functionality
- Identify, log, track, and retest defects using defect management tools
- Ensure ERP system testing (D365 / Oracle) meets functional and process requirements
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Users, Developers, and System Integrators
- Ensure quality gates and governance standards are adhered to within the PMO framework
- Support release cycles and deployment validations
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA methodologies, standards, and templates
Required Qualifications & Skills Mandatory:
- 5+ years of experience as a Quality Analyst / Test Analyst
- Strong hands-on experience in manual testing methodologies
- Proven experience testing web and mobile applications
- Experience in ERP testing (Microsoft D365 / Oracle preferred)
- Good understanding of SDLC and STLC
- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail, etc.)
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
- Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination abilities
Preferred Candidate Profile
- ISTQB Certification
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
- Basic understanding of automation testing concepts
- Experience in API testing and integration validation
