Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to provide technical support and maintain IT systems and infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in end-user support, system administration, and basic networking.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end users (hardware and software issues)
- Support Mac OS systems
- Manage and support Microsoft O365 environment
- Handle ticketing system (JIRA) for issue tracking and resolution
- Support Workspace tools and applications
- Troubleshoot system, email, and access-related issues
- Configure and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, and other IT equipment
- Provide basic networking support (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches)
- Ensure timely resolution of IT tickets within SLA
- Maintain IT documentation and asset records
Required Qualifications & Skills Mandatory
- Strong knowledge of Mac OS
- Experience with Workspace administration/support
- Hands-on experience in JIRA
- Good knowledge of Microsoft O365
- Basic networking knowledge
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
