Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Recruiter (IT & Non-IT) to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for a wide range of technical and non-technical positions across industries, primarily for clients in the UAE and GCC. This role requires strong sourcing skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver quality candidates within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding.
  • Understand requirements and identify suitable candidates for IT and non-IT positions across various industries.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess technical, functional, and behavioral competencies.
  • Negotiate salary expectations, notice periods, and joining dates with shortlisted candidates.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
  • Ensure timely closure of positions while meeting quality, turnaround time (TAT), and client expectations.
  • Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports using ATS or recruitment databases.
  • Develop long-term relationships with candidates and provide regular updates throughout the hiring process.
  • Stay updated with market trends, hiring practices, and industry demands across IT and non-IT sectors.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 2–4 years of recruitment experience in both IT and non-IT hiring.
  • Experience hiring across multiple domains, including Information Technology, Engineering, Finance & Accounting, Human Resources, Sales & Marketing, Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain, Healthcare, Construction, and other corporate functions.
  • Strong understanding of technical skills, job roles, and business functions across diverse industries.
  • Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, Monster, and other sourcing platforms.
  • Strong expertise in candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, stakeholder management, and offer negotiation.
  • Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in recruitment consultancy or staffing services.
  • Exposure to UAE/GCC recruitment and international hiring.
  • Experience in permanent, contract, and project-based hiring.
  • Knowledge of Boolean search, LinkedIn sourcing, and talent mapping.
