Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Consultant with a strong passion for fitness and customer engagement. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in sales, preferably within the gym/fitness membership industry, and the ability to convert leads into long-term customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell gym memberships and fitness packages to potential customers
- Generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, and outbound sales activities
- Conduct client consultations and explain membership benefits and pricing plans
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Follow up on inquiries and convert prospects into active members
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports
- Coordinate with internal teams to support promotional campaigns and events
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales is mandatory
- Preferred Background in gym membership / fitness sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Target-oriented with proven sales closing ability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced customer-facing environment
- Good presentation and customer relationship management skills
