Job Purpose
Own quality assurance across web, mobile, enterprise applications and integrations, establishing automated regression coverage and providing testing evidence and release-readiness recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- Define risk-based test strategies, plans, scenarios and requirements traceability.
- Perform end-to-end testing across portals, mobile applications, CRM, approvals, payments and integrations.
- Build and maintain automated web, mobile and API regression suites.
- Validate API contracts, authentication, data mapping, retries and failure handling.
- Test Dynamics 365 and Power Platform changes, workflows, permissions and data consistency.
- Validate Arabic/English content, RTL layouts, accessibility and browser/device compatibility.
- Conduct performance testing and application security checks within authorized scope.
- Manage defects, verify fixes and track recurring quality issues.
- Coordinate UAT and provide release-readiness recommendations.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of software QA experience, including 3+ years in automated testing.
- Strong experience with Playwright, Cypress or Selenium.
- Experience with Appium or equivalent mobile automation frameworks.
- Strong API testing experience using Postman/Newman or equivalent.
- Programming proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python or Java.
- Experience with k6 or JMeter and performance analysis.
- SQL Server and Dataverse data validation experience.
- Dynamics 365 or Power Platform testing experience preferred.
- Experience with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions and Git.
- Understanding of OWASP risks and accessibility testing.
- ISTQB certification preferred.
- Strong communication and reporting skills; Arabic proficiency preferred.
