Job Purpose

An experienced Unifier Functional Consultant with a strong background in Oracle Primavera Unifier. The candidate will have hands-on experience in project management or construction management environments and will be responsible for providing technical support, configuration, and training related to Unifier.

Job Description

1. Unifier Configuration & Management

  • Configure Unifier modules such as Cost Management, Schedule Management, and Document Management.
  • Proficiency in Business Process Setup and User Administration within Unifier.
  • Expertise in Designer for Business Process, Shell Manager, and Document Manager.

2. Project Implementation & Support

  • Contribute to full project implementation of Oracle Primavera Unifier.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for user-related issues.
  • Work independently to close support tickets and resolve service requests.
  • Working on Unifier configurations and be able to support operations in an integrated environment where Unifier is integrated to multiple third-party and Oracle applications.
  • Troubleshooting integration issues and coordinate with the respective teams to resolve the identified issue.

3. Business Analysis & Documentation

  • Collect business requirements and prepare the necessary documentation such as:
    * Business Specification Documents
    * Solution Design Documents
    * User Acceptance Testing (UAT) manuals
    * Training materials for end-users.

4. Reporting & Data Views

  • Utilize Unifier Data Views for data queries, report creation, and analysis.
  • Ensure seamless integration between Unifier and other third-party or Oracle applications.

5. Training & User Support

  • Provide training to users on Unifier and processes.
  • Create detailed documentation to support user training and processes.

6. Incident & Service Management

  • Resolve Incidents and Service Requests quickly while ensuring permanent fixes are applied.
