We are looking for a highly experienced Legal Consultant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. If you have strong expertise in UAE labour laws, contract drafting, and corporate transactions, this is an excellent opportunity to work on high-impact legal matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance on UAE labour laws and ensure compliance
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including shareholder agreements
- Manage legal aspects of mergers and acquisitions (M&A)
- Support corporate governance and legal structuring
- Identify legal risks and recommend strategic solutions
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant legal experience
- Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws
- Proven expertise in contract drafting and M&A
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle complex legal matters independently
Preferred
- LLB/LLM or equivalent qualification
- Prior experience working in the UAE
