Job Summary
We are looking for a Milestone VMS Specialist to support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Milestone Video Management System (VMS) and CCTV solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Milestone VMS, CCTV systems, and troubleshooting in enterprise security environments.
Key Responsibilities
• Install, configure, and support Milestone VMS and CCTV systems.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve VMS and camera-related issues.
• Configure cameras, recording servers, storage, and user access.
• Perform system testing, health checks, and preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate with project teams during implementation and commissioning.
• Maintain technical documentation and provide user support.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in Milestone VMS and CCTV systems.
• Hands-on experience with Milestone XProtect administration and configuration.
• Strong knowledge of IP cameras, NVRs, networking, and video surveillance systems.
• Experience in troubleshooting VMS, camera connectivity, and recording issues.
• Basic understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, switches, and network troubleshooting.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Nice to have Skills
• Milestone Certified Professional (MCP) or related certification.
• Experience with access control and integrated security systems.
• Knowledge of Windows Server environments.
